      Pros

      Global company where you get a chance to interact with people from all over. Has a good core set of values that shows in day to day work. Company is growing but each business unit has a certain degree of autonomy which provides a mid-size business feel with all the benefits of a larger organization. Employees are empowered to make decisions. Growth has created opportunities for advancement for employees.

      Cons

      DBS is very fast paced and with the rapid global growth we've experienced, sometimes strain is placed on more experienced team members to manage change while keeping business running.

      Pros

      Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

      Cons

      Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
