      Pros

      Profitable company with intelligent workers that will most likely be here long into the future. Good Health Benefits.

      Cons

      No way to advance in the company without switching locations. We were instructed raises would be negotiable each year but it was just a set minimal amount determined by computer software with you performance and workload having a minimal output on the raise. The company seems to cut corners to achieve it's growth.

      Thank you for your balanced feedback. Your observations are appreciated. Your perception of our pay model is not accurate. We follow a pay for performance model and we do differentiate between performance levels. What you put in is what you get out. Although I cannot speak directly to your situation, if it had been brought to our attention, we could have dug into it more while you were here. You are correct on internal movement for some of our smaller offices. There are only so many positions in certain locations. Through our internal posting process, we share all openings in all locations and as we continue to make technology enhancements around remote work options, we hope to expand opportunities in smaller offices.

      Pros

      Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

      Cons

      Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
