      Pros

      Tremendous competitive position in the industry. Great new office, good place for someone at an entry level who wants a place to shine

      Cons

      Massive disconnect between leadership and front-line troops. CSC also tolerates longer-term management that have toxic styles and do nothing about it. The company does not handle anyone with experience from elsewhere that tries to bring in new ideas.

      Pros

      Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

      Cons

      Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
