      CSC is growing quickly with more than 70 job openings each week. The key to having a career here is to be an excellent performer, live the values, and get the skills you need for the job you want. There are multiple ways to learn - either through our in-house training programs or all of the interesting on-line tutorials. Talk to your leader about job shadowing, skills practice exercises, and/or ask to be part of a cross functional team. There are opportunities here. You’re correct that there may not a path that you’re pushed to complete. But if you’re interested in something, go for it! Read the qualifications, get the skills and start talking to people.

      Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

      Cons

      Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
