Pros

CSC is overall a great place to work at. The environment is uplifting and encouraging which is something I really appreciate and thrive in. They constantly push you and encourage growth. Of all jobs I have, I can honestly say that I enjoy the atmosphere more than any other job. Sometimes it's easy to become stuck where you're at but with the push that CSC gives you, it's easy to want more for yourself.

Cons

The only Con that I have for CSC is that pay could be better. Granted I am in my first year, I still believe that it could be better.

Pros

Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

Cons

Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
