      Pros

      I work in I.T. and I'm really shocked how much fun I'm having at this place. I started with CSC Global about 3 months ago and I'm having a blast! The people are fun and everyone is excited to come to work. Most of the I.T. people really know their stuff. The management is really interested in making changes and creating a place where I.T. people are comfortable.

      Cons

      Some of the people that have been there a long time seem to prefer the 'old' way of doing things. I think they know their business pretty well and the management is doing a great job to making sure they feel comfortable with changes.

      Pros

      Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

      Cons

      Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
