      Pros

      Will hire with little to non experience, DEFINTELY DO NOT NEED A DEGREE FOR THIS ROLE, Experience with the legal aspect of business, office manager/ team leader works in another office

      Cons

      extremely low pay, no commuter benefits, no career advancement opportunity, depressing/ dull work environment, management does not know the job, work on most major holidays, rude coworkers, repetitive job duties every single day, you're expected to go above and beyond despite the extremely low pay you are receiving.

      Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

      Cons

      Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
