Pros

CSC has a supportive and caring work environment. There is always a feeling that the people come first. They also put a lot of time into developing people once they have been hired. Finally, they listen to employee feedback and are always striving to be better.

Cons

While there are pay increases every year, if you get promoted internally you might not get a pay increase, or if you do, you might not be eligible for the regular raise.

Pros

Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

Cons

Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
