      CSC provides a supportive, creative and dynamic work environment in a 'can do' culture lead from the top by senior management. The European business is cutting edge, constantly challenging the status quo of our industry to finesse the client experience. We are at the forefront of technological developments which improve the speed and efficiency of structured finance transactions. It's an exciting place to be.

      Pros

      Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

      Cons

      Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
