      Pros

      Excellent leadership, management trained from the ground up to care about employees. Some departments are awesome, and some are terrible. However, this is not a reflection on the company, only on the line(s) of business CSC operates in. Company constantly reinventing itself, always trying to stay fresh and motivating. Tons of opportunity for growth in many different professional areas.

      Cons

      PTO policies could be much better - barely any holidays are recognized. Also, parking situation is getting out of hand. Otherwise, tough to think of anything to list as a serious "con". But your mileage will vary.

      Pros

      Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

      Cons

      Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
