Pros

Actually doing great with COVID-19 - most employees can work from home. Some teams are great for people with kids. Many employees have worked here for over ten years.

Cons

No positive feedback outside of (now semi-) annual reviews. It's almost impossible to get promoted, and some promotions are "in-name" only and don't result in increased responsibilities. Some don't realize that praise that is unrelated to work is unwelcome. Long-term employees are spoken to as if it was their first year working and aren't trusted to do the same work they've been doing for years. Minor errors are pointed out to employees up to eight months after the fact.

Pros

Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

Cons

Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We're glad the benefits and flexible hybrid schedule were positives during your time here. We take the concerns you've raised seriously—around workload expectations, compensation, and internal mobility. We regularly review our compensation practices to ensure they remain competitive and reflect industry standards, and we're committed to equitable access to growth opportunities regardless of location. Every colleague, in every office, should feel supported and visible.
