Pros

People are friendly and care about doing a good job. The company takes the candidate selection process very seriously and focuses on hiring the best candidates from a values perspective. This makes the company open to consider people from all different career experiences and backgrounds and creates opportunities for people who may not get their foot in the door in other corporate environments. If you work very hard, are results oriented, and take your job seriously, you can build a good career path here.

Cons

Sometimes work-life balance can be a challenge because there are always a lot of initiatives happening and the company is growing. The demands of the job can be a challenge but are also very rewarding so it pays off in the end when the work-life balance tips more towards work.

Pros

Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

Cons

Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
