CSC is a great company that is built on a solid foundation of deeply rooted values and a family like culture. The work is both challenging and rewarding. The employees are genuine and friendly. The senior management team is committed to the success of the company, the individual employee, and our communities. Hard work is recognized and generously rewarded. As a technologist, we work with cutting edge technology and on some of the best hardware money can buy. CSC has a flexible work schedule and continually emphasizes the importance of a healthy work-life balance. CSC is committed to being a premier technology employer.

Cons

Brand recognition. CSC is experiencing incredible growth and this will improve over time but not many people know who we are or what we do.

Pros

Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

Cons

Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
