People and culture are two of the main reasons that CSC has been so successful at holding onto their core talent base throughout the enterprise, and it's the main reason I don't ever have to look around or answer a recruiters call. We are always focusing on what product is working currently in the industry and how we position the product pipelines, so we remain at the forefront in months/years to come. Innovation is key here and no idea goes unheard. CSC is a large powerful company that hasn't lost the small, start-up company culture. All doors are open, including the CEO's to discuss any issue that may be impacting your production. They make everyone feel recognized for their work and members of management are encouraged to give recognition where it is due.
Cons
Parking is an issue, but I trust that this issue will be resolved within weeks not months. CSC brand needs work, were a company that's 100+ years old and never had to market the company brand, so I'd like to see us focus on bringing further exposure to the amazing brand CSC is.
