      Pros

      It's very rewarding to work for a company with a clear mission, goals and values, and to see them in action at all levels of the organization. CSC takes the time to get feedback from their employees and their clients in order to identify opportunities for improvement.

      Cons

      CSC provides a great general training class to new employees, and training for operational areas is hands on. If you are someone who learns better in a dedicated training environment, you may have some challenges with the training here.

      Pros

      Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

      Cons

      Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
