      Pros

      Strong sense of team and culture. Company is very concerned about making sure everyone understands their role within CSC and how that role contributes to the company's and the employee's success. Plenty of opportunity to move within the company for those needing a better fit.

      Cons

      Current growth strategy is based on acquisition in related markets. Companies that might not be a cultural match can strain the workforce and cause anxiety as integrations unfold. The motivation behind some strategic decisions and how they align to the companies core values are not always well-explained.

      Pros

      Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

      Cons

      Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
