Pros

CSC is the place to be if you enjoy working in a growing company that encourages you to grow with them. They have clear goals and a mission which is communicated throughout the organization. The best part of the company are their values and truly seeing the company live the values as opposed to just talking about them. If you are a team player who likes to work hard and play hard this is a place for you to build your career.

Cons

Parking!! Wow growing so fast you have to be the early bird to get the parking spot at the Wilmington Office!

Pros

Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

Cons

Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
