Pros

Job Stability - Fast paced work environment with plenty of work to keep you busy. Staying busy makes the day go by faster Room for Growth - We are always looking at new services for our clients and have several opportunities for growth Great benefit package - Health/Dental insurance, 401K, Success Sharing, Paid time off Financially stable - Strong enduring company. Company is over 100 years old.

Cons

Not sure if this would be a con but training can be done from a remote location. You need to be able to adapt to technology. In this day and age I'm not sure if I would work for a company where you didn't have to learn to adapt to technology.

Pros

Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

Cons

Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
