Pros

For a company that was founded back in 1899, the organization remains aggressive and nimble. CSC looks for opportunities for growth-- both through organic development and company acquisitions. The ownership structure looks for ways to invest back into the business to keep the organization on track to achieve our lofty goals. The atmosphere allows for risk taking and I feel I have room to explore new ways to do my job. My management team is available for feedback and is supportive in my development. The values are kept in the forefront.

Cons

Career pathing in a growing company can be a challenge since there is sometimes not a clear linear path for some individuals---however opportunity is there for individuals to create there own path and move into new opportunities.

Pros

Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

Cons

Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
