      Pros

      Many people have never heard of Corporation Service Company which is a shame. CSC is not only a growing organization with a rich history but it is a prime example of an organization that cares about it's employees. Being an intern at CSC has provided me with endless opportunities to grow in my field and also, learn about other career fields. The company culture is fun and fast-paced and the people are welcoming. Senior leaders always have their doors open and employees are encouraged to speak their minds. CSC recognizes that in order to grow, they need the creativity and ideas of their employees.

      Cons

      Parking is the only con I can think of when it comes to CSC; however, the company provides a shuttle from neighboring lots to help with this problem. They have been very proactive in this area.

      Pros

      Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

      Cons

      Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
