      Pros

      The company has a great Organizational Culture. It provides a friendly atmosphere. The company allows you to try experiment and supports you even if the experiment fails. Fun activities are planned for every season that binds people together. The environment provides a great Work-Life balance that you wont hate your Mondays anymore.

      Cons

      The rapid pace at which the company grows poses some challenges. The management is aware of it and acknowledges it and accommodates your concerns.

      Pros

      Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

      Cons

      Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
