      Peer to Peer, culture is great Team Leaders know their teams work hard and push for the right thing

      Cons

      Without a centralized data standard, the company has piles of unused and messy data no one wants to deal with which snowballs DON'T MAKE EMPLOYEES COME BACK IN TO THE OFFICE? Going to lose a lot of important people if this is required Senior Leadership doesn't communicate well with each other No Vertical movement possible without significant fight Not a place for young people to grow and expect to be rewarded for hard work

      Pros

      Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

      Cons

      Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
