      Inclusive!! So welcoming and inclusive Supportive team members and leaders Great office perks (if have to be in office) Forward-thinking company (and constantly growing and achieving) Great CEO Just a great company, with cons that can be easily fixed and would make people stay here for the long run

      Lower salary than competition - reason for higher than average turnaround Low flexibility in remote working Communication and visibility between higher leadership and standard employees is cut off, and decisions are made exclusively by leadership with little regard to employees

      Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

      Cons

      Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
