Pros

This company is a valuable asset for companies that need help building or keeping their business successful. The upper management are very respectful and down to earth, but still hold the expectation of excellence.

Cons

I feel that with the immense amount of passion and work that I provide for this company I am severely under paid. It may even have to do with me sex. i am a female who has been here for over a year and have many important responsibilities and they just hired a new male with the same degree as I have and started him out $3,000 more than what I started at. I still make over $2,500 less than him even after being here for a year at the time of his employment.

Pros

Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

Cons

Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
