Pros

The pto and holiday time were great. My department was difficult to request off.

Cons

Pay was horrible. Manager didn’t allow for advancement training due to my pregnancy. On exit interview HR rep was mortified and asked if I was seeking legal counsel. Health insurance is super expensive.

The contents of this feedback are serious and concerning. The claims in this statement do not align with our culture. It is also counter to CSC’s values and culture of inclusivity. Based on the limited information in this post, we spoke to our HR partners and the leaders in Springfield. We also looked at the exit interview responses from people who have left CSC in Springfield. The exit interview feedback is positive. We found no evidence of the conversation mentioned in this review.

Pros

Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

Cons

Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
