Pros

I honestly can’t think of one pro except the people I met while working there

Cons

No growth whatsoever. They outsource for most leadership positions instead of hiring within. The leaders they do hire couldn’t lead if you had them on a leash. The pay is a joke, and raises even worse. They do not value employees who have been with the company for years. The people who praise the work life balance are typically in leadership positions, anyone else in the company work life balance is not a thing. They force people to work from the office when working from home should be more widely offered. They talk constantly about CSC values when half the company doesn’t even follow them. All CSC taught me in my over 5 years there was that I was just a number, my work was not valued and I could be replaced in an instant. Seriously stay away.

Pros

Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

Cons

Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
