Great benefits, on-site gym, on-site café, tuition reimbursement, and hybrid-remote opportunity” are positive attributes of working at CSC, along with wonderful teammates and opportunities to grow your career. The very specific negatives you describe are not universal to CSC or representative of our values-based culture. Please come talk to us in HR. We'd like to understand your situation better so we can take action. Thank you

Pros

Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

Cons

Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
