Some employees are actually egomaniacs who insists that they are above and beyond anyone.The old school approaches for when they were relevant in the early 90’s have created a negative impact on the sales organization, you might want to innovate and try different approaches to be more successful. If you are hired the members are basically a glorified babysitters who will manage your day to day activities and seldom provided any insight into growing you professionally.
