      Abysmal training Uninviting culture, no one interacts with each other Lacking diversity- vast majority of employees are white. No encouragement from leadership to explore other cultures (large Christmas tree in lobby and event for visiting with Santa…not even an email about other December holidays). Leadership seems too preoccupied with the amount of work coming in, no effort being made to relay the information to employees. Few efforts made by leadership to create a friendly environment- they will not speak to you unless you ask them a direct question or you have made an error in your work

      Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

      Cons

      Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
