Pros

Decent pay, good PTO (for now, changing with CSC)

Cons

Communication issues, total disorganization, manager consistently talks over people (and pronounces names incorrectly, yells, doesn’t think PTO/sick/medical leave should be used), management seems unethical (eg people were instructed to lie to clients), MAJOR turn over (long time employees/new employees, quitting/getting fired, senior management/low level employees), they don’t understand their benefits (and couldn’t find the employee manual when asked), people are fired because “employment is at will”

Pros

Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

Cons

Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
