      Pros

      The Benefits offering are good. I have very nice colleagues to work with. The clients are very nice and it is a great chance to learn more about them

      Cons

      The salary is very bad and they are ripping people of. There are basically nopromotion opportunities and the company is split up in 3 classes. There is absolutely no training and the processes in place very bad. Management has no clue what they are doing. Due to them we loose a lot of time.

      Pros

      Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

      Cons

      Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
