Pros

You have a flexible schedule and job security as long as you show up and do your job.

Cons

I don't feel like moving up in this company is very easy. Its basically who ever can please everyone or defuse problems get hired rather problem solving and making the work environment happier. The problems just get blown over which will probably be the downfall to some departments.

Pros

Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

Cons

Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
