Pros

You may have the chance to work with some nice people and you learn a lot in this company some nice benefits

Cons

Huge workload, expect to work 10-12 hours a day with no overtime compensation Terrible management No proper onboarding Working from home looked down on Overloaded with complexed tasks very early after joining as a newbie Understaffed, huge turnover People getting fired for no apparent reasons, people quitting/leaving/burnt out Instead of making employees redundant, they are fired for “performance related” issues that have never before been communicated to them Toxic environment created by senior managers Lower pay that market average

Pros

Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

Cons

Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
