Pros

No dress code Certain nice Co workers Large lunch room Get your own desk area and can customize it

Cons

This job isn’t for young people especially people of color. The management is quite hypocritical and will not address issues you have “done”, until you’re asking to get hired, while they can stay out multiple days due to injuries, you stay out more then a few days 4 at max, for funeral and death in immediate family and they will hold it over you. They say they have a trust system, and that you don’t have to tell anyone when you go to breaks or lunch but the moment you do that, if a trainer is feeling really evil they’ll just straight up tell the manager without asking you for confirmation. Management doesn’t try to help you succeed what’s so ever. Lack of people of color there’s more white people then ever. There’s clearly a power control with management and employees. I’ve seen people come in to work late and do all kinds of stuff and never get in trouble so if you’re not favorited you can consider yourself done. I’ve also heard of trainers talking about that “CSC” is not the job for them, if they’re trying to get hired at a job fair, and talking about new hire employees and even giving out their first and last name to others.

Pros

Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

Cons

Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
