Pros

Nice office building with great perks. Colleagues are supportive and helpful. Great benefits!

Cons

Company needs to do a better job of embracing unique perspectives and thoughts. Some colleagues have been there for too long and don't know how to work collaboratively and feel threatened by anyone new who tries to contribute. Operates in silos with a lot of inter-department conflict. Lack of trust from leadership which results in micromanaging and fear mongering. Favoritism runs deep. Direction is inconsistent and you seldom know if you're doing a good job.

Pros

Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

Cons

Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
