      Pros

      The short commute, good office location, onsite cafeteria and gym. I have met good friends during my time with the company.

      Cons

      The unfair pay for way too much work. Major changes in a short period of time with no notice (major as in management change). The new management is untrained and unfamiliar with the work. Training is nonexistent.

      Pros

      Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

      Cons

      Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
