      Pros

      Laid back atmosphere, work life balance.

      Cons

      The company is growing too quickly, and are hiring at the fast rate. They are not stopping to take a breath to see what they really need and to revamp departments to make sure they have strong, quality professionals. Those they hire that are strong, leave due to the lack of direction per departments.

      Pros

      Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

      Cons

      Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
