Pros

Beautiful Place to work, in appearance. They have nice a nice view and common areas. Work areas are decently spaced.

Cons

Management is not fulling understanding to certain needs of the staff. I have witnesses someone not be treated fairly when losing a parent as someone who lost a pet. That really turned me off to them and I was able to see that not all staff are treated equal. Also, pay was just ok. It could have definitely been more competitive.

Pros

Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

Cons

Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
