Pros

Great colleagues. Not much else.

Cons

Working here has been disappointing recently. The company has significantly cut back on social activities, which used to boost team morale and foster collaboration. On top of that, the lower bonuses barely offset rising costs, including inflation. Referral bonuses have been slashed without warning, (from £3,000 to £1,000). On top of that, they’ve stopped using agencies for hiring, making recruitment slower and less efficient. To make things worse, they've introduced "business titles" as an excuse to downgrade staff roles, undermining employee growth and morale. It’s disappointing to see the company prioritize cost-cutting at the expense of its people. It feels like employee engagement and recognition have become afterthoughts, leading to a noticeable decline in workplace satisfaction.

Pros

Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

Cons

Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
