Pros

Working hour are flexible as one can work 2 hours and leave. Then you will get warning email, which no one cares.

Cons

If you need promotion and good appraisal, then stay closer to Vice president, because your hard work doesnt matter. The longer the tongue, easier to get promotion. Favourite employees used to get back to back year promotion without doing much work, just by attending meetings.

Pros

Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

Cons

Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
