Pros

Nothing helpful to the career path if you are not a sugar coater or someone who wish to grow and problem solver.

Cons

Everything about the culture here is toxic. The environment stifles growth, and the only time attention is given is when things go wrong. Senior management consistently blames younger staff without offering any guidance or support. It's a cycle of negativity with no effort to help individuals develop or succeed.

Pros

Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

Cons

Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
