      Pros

      CSC was a great place to work, with strong leadership and a clear vision for the future. Like any company, there were challenges, but overall I worked with great people and saw our values reflected in the decisions and direction of the business. The culture was collaborative, and the company remained focused on continuous improvement and growth.

      Cons

      Collaborating across global time zones could be challenging. Depending on where you were located, your day often had to be front-loaded to catch up with others or extended into late hours to stay connected. This limited the overlap available for real-time collaboration with team members in significantly different regions.

      Pros

      Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

      Cons

      Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
