      controlling management Sickness questioned even when a certificate is provided Inappropriate jokes Clients ignored Pressure to complete tasks given at short notice Holidays not validated by management until weeks later resulting in high travel costs. Time taken for breaks monitored Home working requests are complex and must be approved by manager and board member Home working not alowed day before or after a holiday No working abroad permitted High turnover and people sick due to burnout

      Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

      Cons

      Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
