      Pros

      + Most coworkers were friendly and bright. I felt I could learn at lot from them if I stay. + Starting pay was good. + Project manager was motivated, kind, and honest.

      Cons

      - Some managers will be misleading and hard to reach. - Process to get anything done is slow and poorly understood. - Helpdesk calls take forever or seem to go "blackhole". On one issue, I had to contact 7 different parties and issue is still not resolved.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
