      Pros

      CSC was a great place to work for may years. Great peers and amazing customers. Despite challenges, we were almost always able to exceed customer demands and provide expert-level enterprise services.

      Cons

      No budget for training, no raises for three years, little support from mgt for upward mobility. I would say one day notice for thousands of employees being laid off is ridiculous. Upper management, in some cases, has no idea what people working under them are doing and how they are benefiting the company.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
