      Pros

      There is nothing positive about CSC anymore. Once a great company now completely destroyed by an incompetent CEO.

      Cons

      The entire top leadership of the company is as incompetent as you can find anywhere else on the planet. Totally directionless, incompetent and failures at all levels. There is no strategy, no direction and nobody knows where the company is headed. What else to expect when the CEO cannot answer straight questions from employees, customers or partners. Constant layoffs is a nightmare. all good people in the company have either left or laid off and all that's left is the absolute bottom of the pyramid, starting with the CEO.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
