      1. Management doesn't care about employees, cares only about stock price. 2. It is a kind of shrinking ship, tries to show revenue by cost cutting. Brand is only outside, will no longer lost than 5 years. 3. Management always thinks about cost cutting. In cost cutting process CSC removed all good/worth resources with medium or highly paid in management team, removed little policies employee has like for example earned vacation policy. 4. All offshore employees are bought to onsite as bonded labors for 10000 dollars for 3 years signed in India.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
