      Pros

      Great people to work with across all IT domains that truly care for the clients they support. Previously allowed for great work/life balance with large percentage working from home but that is changing rapidly. Merger with HP Enterprise spinoff in 2017 will be painful short-term but probably very good long-term if you survive the process.

      Cons

      Virtually no raises for 7 years for myself or my staff. When it comes time to cut, often see some of the best let go.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
