      Pros

      Fair Employer, Many Growth opportunities, Open Culture. Great professional development opportunities. Fair to all employees. The education programs are excellent. Skills upgrade programs are great.

      Cons

      It is a big organisation and thus comes with a bureaucracy that can bog you down. Some people are worried about jobs moving overseas and thus creating a sense of insecurity. proper education is required.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
