      Pros

      They are trying to improve in making deals, which to date have been terrible. Sales people get compensated for signing deals regardless of whether the deals are good or not. Most have been very poor.

      Cons

      CSC treats their employees terribly. You are little more than a number. Recently, the CEO announced he will have to approve any hiring of U.S. employees. It's offshoring all the way at CSC.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
